previously for years) when the DL is within a few months of expiration.
Earlier this week I was waiting in line at a Tag Agency and just to save a trip a few months from now (and out of curiosity) I asked if I could renew my DL early without losing any of the current time remaining on my DL. They said yes that it could be renewed up to 12 months prior to the expiration date. Hmmm . . .
Surprised me! Just wondered if anyone in other states had ever asked that question. If the 'perfect storm' (as noted above) hadn't arisen - I'd have missed out on the serendipitopus blessing! lol |
