Time before last when I got my renewal, I had to go in for an eye test and a new photo. (I wonder if that's a random thing. Regardless, you got lucky!) I had no citations and was still able to pass the eye test without glasses. I wasn't pleased because I liked my old photo. (The new one, not so much, to say the least... Frown)

It did make for some fun conversation once in a while, though, when people complained about their DL photo. I sometimes used to tell people that I knew I was getting old when I started wishing I looked like my DL photo... Wink Can't honestly say THAT anymore!
