I believe those boxes need to be checked as this is probably the only way the loan would've been approved.

I've seen many of these little "white lies" on this form and others, but since I'm no one to question, I just do what I'm supposed to do and move on.

What Bear posted certainly doesn't meet the exception to the occupancy requirement..perhaps not illegal to check the boxes, but definitely not the truth. The LO/EO just wants this loan to go through so they can get their cut. Who cares about those little details...smh.

Yoli, I believe you're okay as you did what your supposed to do. The call was the lender's to make and they made their bed and will have to lay in it.
