Advising the signers on this would be the unauthorized practice of law. It would come down to the final decision of the signer and the Lender. You would not go forward with the signing if you were asked to do something illegal, otherwise the document contents are not our business.
Anytime you or the borrower has a question during the signing, be sure to call the Lender. |
