What was bothering me was that borrower was upfront about the situation. He wasn't trying to mislead anyone. I just wondered if agent and LO were being truthful with borrower and not just trying to get the sale consummated.
I know. Not my call to make. If borrower felt comfortable going forward after speaking with agent and getting LO's interpretation, so be it.
