I took the test, it was a snap, nothing to fear. It is a little late to be tested, however. I begin to fade around 8:30pm and fall asleep watching my favorite crime series.
After yesterday, I'm completely amazed about how many notaries who've been notaries for more than 4 years doing loan signings do not know how to properly sign a POA loan. I was handed a RM package at the last minute to have POA signers resign the entire package because the notary failed to instruct the borrowers to sign exactly as their names appeared on the loan documents. This loan was originally signed on October 26 and has been bouncing around between title and lender for almost two months. It funded, just didn't record, the entire package had to be resigned.
Then, the POA signers were completely over it, they can't meet til Monday and I'm already booked, so had to pass it on to another NSA who wasn't as booked.
These are the notaries accepting these RMs for $85 to $100. Pathetic.
