So when the call came through did you ask Are there fax backs? How many pages? How many signers? Is it in a trust? POA ? Single location? Has the borrower seen a copy of the CD? What is the address of signing location? Do you have contact #'s for LO and TA? It is a Sat so cell #s are good to get
