Fees:
$10 per notarized signature for general notary work. This fee is set by the Secretary of State of CA and is independent of my mobile fee. My travel fees for Escondido and San Marcos are $30.00 and within 10 miles roundtrip. Greater than 10 miles is charged at an additional $1.00 per mile.
For loan signings, I will negotiate a reasonable flat fee that is fair to all parties but takes into account mileage, faxbacks, approximate size of loan package, number of signers, etc.
