| I don't recall which title company it was, but I received instructions from at least one title company not to use the cardboard envelopes, and to always use packs (whether FedEx or UPS) because the cardboard envelopes sometimes fell apart. I've seen posts in this forum saying the same thing. So that's what I usually do, although if the title company doesn't demand a pack, I may use cardboard for an unusually small package. |
