For a notary who is one year into her signings (am I still considered a newbie, LOL?!) I've done around 100 loans, plus or minus... On Monday I saw my largest package to date: Refi from Freedom Mortgage + VA loan + property in a trust + two signers. One hundred fifty three pages! Double that to include the copy for the borrower and I printed a whopping 305 pages--minus the UPS label which I obviously did not print for the borrower.
(And why on earth does UPS have those ridiculously small document envelopes which barely fit a stack legal paper? Postal Annex did not have the "paks" so we had to coax the darn thing in there very carefully. FedEx envelopes are larger.) |
