They would never pay $100.00 for seller side...they barely paid $90.00 back in the day for full lender packages. Cash closings then went for $65.00... It seems to me, Sunshine merged with another lowballer back in 2009 or 10 and things went even further south from that point on.
$10.00 does seem low, but I don't put it past them. lol
