Jim Coffey's company. And yes, I had issues getting them to pay my fee too - which is why I have very few signings with them under my belt. I always was paid though.

I'm just thinking it's a typo - they offered a " "Seller Only Purchase w/edocs" (?? makes no sense at all) - over 2 hours away - for most of us a 2 hour drive plus edocs is $200 or more...they think $100 is fair for it.

I think there's an error in the email...
