Yeah, that's when I left. I couldn't remember who joined them. Yes, Seller "sells" not purchases, lol
Back in the day I took many cash closings for $65.00, and they filled a void. Back then 2-3 a day was a slow day...The $10.00 difference was okay if they sent the volume, and they paid.
It also makes no sense to drive that far, not even for $100.00.
