I accepted a signing for tomorrow (Sat.) a couple days ago for my normal fee, get docs to my email 4:56 pm today (no call first) they are 177 pages and instructions say they expect faxbacks. The 177 pages I can suck up, there is only one signer and the instructions probably take up about 25 pages. I emailed and tried to call about the faxes which I did not agree to. Calls keeps going in some kind of loop or invalid extension. So I look on NR and don't like what I see. Last post was actually from me from earlier this year. I did a HELOC and got paid in about 3 weeks.
Looking like I am not going to be able to talk to anybody tonight. I am feeling they are asking too much for the fee I am receiving but it would be unprofessional to drop the signing. I don't want to not send the faxes and give them an excuse not to pay me. |
