Just this week, I've had two SSs include with their instructions to PRINT CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS (no matter how many zillions of pages) OR ELSE. So apparently it's a trend among some NSAs to not print ...

I never print them for borrower copy (unless they need to be signed, which is practically never).
