Closing instructions to borrower?

Not addressed in any of my books and probably a stupid question, but I am doing my first signing for a "large national lender" that has 42 pages of closing instructions. Do I give a copy of that to the borrower or the closing agent or is it just for my use (it is barcoded and has a 2d barcode)? My current experience has been with small local banks that are nowhere near as complex and formal.

The instructions don't address the borrower anywhere. Thanks in advance!
