40 Pgs, wow! I would not print them for borrower

The BO really has no need for all those instructions so in my opinion why clog up their package with them. If it was just a couple of pages I might not take the time to not print them but 40 some pages I absolutely would not print.

While we're on the subject of presentation, I do not give the borrower their copy package until the signing is done. I maintain control of all documents until the signing is completed.
IMHO all those instructions being sent to the notary are a sign of a lazy title company. I know there are some notaries who don't even make a copy for the TC, lenders package. If I only had the nerve Smile
