Probably a good idea, but keep in mind that anyone can make a video these days - and anyone can claim to be an expert, so don't take anything you see as gospel. Also, notary law varies greatly from state to state. Just be sure you know your state's notary law cold before you try to do any loan signing. In this business, we're asked to do all kinds of things, not all necessary legit or legal. Your client isn't looking out for your back end, either, they're looking out for their own, so do your own research and due diligence.
