I am not from Washington, but as far as I know, there is no " hands on Training" anywhere. You can take certification courses and read on here, but pretty much on your own. IF you are lucky to find a mentor, they cannot take you on their assignments because of privacy laws. You cannot be privy to any of those documents.
It's a sink or swim once you get your commission and ready to go. My advice is just really learn, read the docs, set up your little sticky arrows so you do not forget anything and take he plunge. The fastest thing to sink anyone in this profession are mistakes.
