| It had no SS#. He is a NBS. He didn't want to sign it. I would not have had him sign it either. Sometimes these form packages are someone pushing a button and you get every form that is possible some of them even conflicting. I bet it was a mistake but you could have called if you were concerned. Or had NBS write refused to sign on bottom and sign that. But it should not have been there. I will bet. |
