isn't the way things are done. We could only wish it was that easy. Always be careful who you accept work from, because there are a lot of deadbeats & ss out there that have poor payment history.
Appraisers are the only one's who get paid at the beginning of the process. They can have the same collection issues as we do though.
It's your job to be careful who you take work from. We're very fortunate to have Signing Central as a resource to help us make our decisions.
