only states like GA. BTW, NC is not an attorney only state, but the lender may have required it. In the situation she's describing, it doesn't matter what credentials a MD notary/TP has, because the closing is in DE. I think they're trying to cover their bases, but they need to check with a RE attorney in DE IMO. (Again, not legal advice, yada yada yada) |
