I am searching for a Closer to conduct settlements

Hi. My name is Kelley Tanner with NVR Settlement Services, located in Columbia, MD. My company ONLY conducts new construction settlements. We have a builder office located in Bear, Delaware, building homes in Maryland. I am in search of a TIPIC to conduct settlements at the builder office in Delaware for Maryland properties. REQUIREMENTS ARE: Must be a Maryland Licensed Title Insurance Producer and MUST have a Delaware Notary (no need to be a Delaware Notary because Maryland Properties). Settlements will ONLY be conducted during normal business hours. We will pay $150 per Closing. Closer will meet w/builder rep to get the loan/settlement pkg, meet w/customer and have docs signed, scanned signed docs to my office for review and approval and make copies of signed docs for customer before releasing keys to customer. Plan on approximately 1.5 hours per settlement. Docs will be printed for you. MUST BE FAMILIAR w/new construction. You will meet with BUYERS ONLY - we handle having seller docs signed by the builder.
