Re: Maryland Title Producer license and Delaware Notary

It will be hard to find someone who has Maryland Title Producer License and a Delaware Notary commission. You need to reside in State where your Notary Commission is granted. I was a Maryland Notary before the Title Producer License wad required.Look for a Delaware Notary. You may need 2 separate people, one to notarize the documents and one to perform the closing and record the documents. Mobile notaries don't close the file, record the documents or dispurse the funds.
