We are notarizing signatures not documents. In California, the contents of the document are of no concern to the notary other than there be no blanks (at face value). This is spelled out in our handbook. I am only fluent in English and Spanish. If OP's potential client approached me with same request, I could accommodate provided client has appropriate ID.

Does Florida's notary law differ? All I saw in the notary handbook is the statement that we notarize signatures and how to identify. See page 10: https://www.flgov.com/wp-content/uploads/Notary_Reference_Manual_12.13.16.pdf
