as long as there is no wind. You need the comforts of a signing table, chairs, adequate light, no mosquitoes, flies and other pesky varmints, including menacing birds.
I had a signing one morning this week in an art gallery (warehouse) in Los Alamos. No heat. No chairs. We signed on a stainless steel wine bar (no wine though). Good thing I was dressed for the cold. It was a swift commercial refi, few signatures, $125 and I was outta there in 15. Thank you very much for the wake up call, dude.
No on signing in cars, but I do know of one notary who conducts all her signings from behind the wheel while the signer stands outside of the driver's car door. Whadya think of that? |
