Congrats and welcome! You already did the hardest job IMO turning back an assignment to a "non-payer". Most newbies are intimidated to do so. As far as getting docs, most will be the day of the assignment if in the afternoon, or hopefully the night before for AM closings. If it is 2 hours to closing and no docs, you must start emailing and inquiring about them. Don't be afraid to use little stickers to mark signatures and initials. I used them my first 2 weeks until I became more familiar. Much better to use them, than to miss and have to go back out.
