I have an HP 4200n which I love its a refurbished older unit. Over the weekend my new kitten jumped on keyboard and started upgrading to Windows 10! After it was installed and unistalled I was left with a printer that I cannot use. When I got this printer 4 years ago I had to call tech support from where I bought it from to remotely set this up for me.
So now I have to wait until tomorrow to get a hold of them for assistance. I do have a back up but I have a few questions that the orange search button wont answer. So please don't tell me to look there, I have!!
I would like to know that when purchasing a new printer will tech support always have to help set it up? I am not a techie, my husband knows a lot but I'm trying to find a printer that we can set up on our own with limited support.
What printers would you recommend? I need a fast workhorse that can do volume with dual tray that can print a loan package. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
