| Mortgage Docs is the worst of the worst (at least that I've dealt with). I had to threaten to take them to Small Claims Court (for months old invoices) before they paid me. I would have done it too, as their offices are within an hour drive from me. I'm not sure why the title company "blew up" on you. They seem to only deal with one title company (Lender Live).....so maybe they're in cahoots with each other. The sad part of it is that I still get more text blasts from Mortgage Docs than I do from anyone else. I purposely don't block them because I'm curious how much business they're getting in these difficult times. But I do ignore phone calls from them. No matter how slow business is, I don't need that kind of aggravation from a company that offers crap pay in the first place....and then doesn't pay until you threaten them. |
