On this post (and the only other post submitted under this NR alias - see below) it states Alaska, but coffee site profile reflects California. If AK is incorrect, you can reach out directly to the Notary Rotary Customer Support/Service team and request that they update your profile with the correct state.

"I'm new to loan signing and just started registering with various signing companies. I noticed some of them require a background check. Upon inquiry, I found that I need to pass the annual exam with the NNA to obtain that background check. I explained to NNA that I already passed an exam with a private notary educator. Well, it doesn't matter. So I opted to take the test and get the background check. The problem I'm having is some of questions on the test weren't covered in the course I took nor can I find it online. I have failed it twice now only by a few points. Can I get some help here?"
