Ron Raynor himself is a notary public in NC, and his business is slow too. I'm sorry that he is under capitalized and cannot make good on the fees he's already collected and already spent, hence unable to pay his notaries.
I'm sure he feels just as bad about this as his notaries do, but none the less he has been paid, and the well is dry.
If things improve for him, hopefully he will pay everyone. |
