imagine they're being able to retain about $400K in assets. Also, it sounds like this is a case of fraud. If the bankruptcy court finds that they deliberately intended to de-fraud notaries & other creditors, it might be a different matter.
Thanks for posting this, Pegi. I know many of us aren't posting on the forum these days. It was good of you to pass along your info. ;-)
