Did two today for an ORTC office I have worked with for

years. I am requested by the lender so that is probably the main reason I don't have to deal with any of the automated ways they are using now.

I was told by that EO that as a company they are going to SD (she wasn't happy about this) and they can still use their favorite notaries but have to go through SD for everything. They have capped the fees at $150 (my fees are higher than this) and the borrowers are being charged $175 to cover the SD fees.
