| these guys sent me a PennyMac loan for $100 and I tell them the fee is incorrect, my fee is $XXX which is what they paid me for the last couple I did for them. They gave me a hard time because when the scheduler called to book it she told me I had to accept it online before it could be assigned to me. My fault for not paying more attention. They said they couldn't approve my fee because there was not reason for an 'upcharge' and when I explained it was my normal fee they said they would cancel and reassign, no real opportunity for negotiation. Just wanted to let people know to pay attention and not make assumptions. |
