One more reason to not quote ss fees to a title co. As notarydi/CA knows, when they pay you well, it's worth it to "take it on the chin" once in a rare while...  When working with a ss, they're usually the ones who have to eat that loss - which is also one of the ways they earn their cut. (If it happens fairly often, that's a whole other story!) |
