I had to go to multiple classes in 2015 because it became law in October 2015 that borrowers had to see, accept adn sign off on the CD three days in advance. If any numbers changed, the three days started over.
My classes were real estate classes so I doubt notaries not in real estate would know this info but it's the law. I do see one bank in particular that I will not work with knowingly is breaking this law to this day. |
