Like Marian, I view loan mods as just general notary work (GNW). All of the one's I've done, the borrowers call me themselves. They already have the paperwork - I just show up, notarize two or four signatures (depending on whether a spouse is signing too) and collect the money (notarization fee + travel) from the borrowers. I've never done a loan mod thru an SS or from the TC directly.
