Do you want to work for free? I’m not talking about ‘pro bono’ stuff at the hospital/nursing home/senior center)
Do you want to not only work for free, but have to spend hours of your time trying to collect what is your just do.
Do you want to ENABLE thieving, lying, crooked, scum, parasites to stay in business while knowingly stealing and cheating the most important, but lowest paid people in the long chain of those that work in the Real Estate/Lending business?
Those that LAUGH at the stupid suckers out there that keep them in the business of stealing, while hurting their honest competition?
These people are the lowest of the low, their intention is to cheat everyone, and laugh at them while doing it.
They have no morals, and no ethics, their job is to TAKE from you.
This business is the PERFECT petri dish in which scum can flourish.
Give then a brake ….NO!
Give then a second chance….NO!
Maybe they made an error and really meant to pay me...Laughable!
There are good reputable honest SS out there that have an honest track record.
Work ONLY for them!!!! Say NO! to all others.
This includes SS and Title Companies alike. It AIN’T there money (it’s yours) they don’t NEED to incubate your money for 45 days…. those ones ain’t going to hatch into tens.
There is NO legitimate reason for a TC or SS to “hold” YOUR money paid by the borrower after funding. NONE! ZERO! NADA!
Only work for those you know, trust, and would lend money to (you are) only give a one time chance to those that come recommended by your peers, and sound knowledgeable. (Careful here… there some thieves that have been in the SS business for years. They change names/companies/addresses, but are still thieves, and know quite a bit about this business.)
The ONLY way to rid this business of thieves…and low-ballers is NOT TO WORK FOR THEM. They are parasites, and can’t exist without a host.
Lose business by giving them a second chance…IDIOTIC !!!
