I too have been stiffed by Victory> They owe me $ 150.00 and have made numerous attempts( phone calls,e mails, no one ever responds so I will go the next step)
I will forward my complaints and all documented paperwork to the local BBB, the Attorney General's office, and most importantly, on all notary websites.
This way we can warn any other notary who may be contacted by this slime bucket operation and put them out of business and deal only with proffesional companies.
