I would do what I did, contact the lender/escrow/title company that contracted with Victory. All my signings were for E-Loan/First American Equity. I contacted them yesterday to confirm all my signings closed and they had me fax over all my confirmations/invoices. It sounded like they were going to try and take care of all the notaries that hadn't been paid. It also sounds like they themselves are pursuing legal action against Victory. They also are having a hard time contacting anyone at Victory. So it's not just us guys who are getting the run around. Good luck in your pursuit.
