| I agree, ethically, that the lender or title company should be responsible, so they don't lose us to help them. However, maybe they already paid the signing agency and assumed that we were paid. Of course, a phone call from a signing agent should send up a red flag to the title company or lender, and they should investigate- and maybe quit doing business with them (agency). |
