It sounds like you just tried to take the test without taking the course? I did that recently because I have been around long enough now to know the answers, but would not have passed it if I was new.
The course provides an overview of the signing agent/Notary process, and if you take it you will be able to look the questions up in the book and should then be able to pass. I found it to not be 'in depth' enough to do much good when you actually get a signing agent job, but in combination with classes that do provide step-by-step training it wasn't bad.
Nearly every company I work for required the background check be from NNA, so I was glad I did it when I was new. |
