My basic attitude to ALL tests with secret questions is that the test-giver has the wrong "answer" to some of the questions; for some of the questions, all the answers are wrong. The only way to get a good question pool is expose them to public scrutiny. Amateur radio license exams do this by having a question pool with ten times as many questions as on a particular exam (so if the candidate has to answer 35 questions there are 350 questions in the question pool, which is public). |
