But the US Patent & Trademark Office rejected SPW's registration attempt on the basis that the phrase was merely descriptive, not on the basis that someone else was already using it as a trademark. Of course we won't know for sure unless Flexo-Notaries sues someone and wins, but I wouldn't place any wagers on Flexo-Notaries winning. |
