I don't intend to sue anyone and I do not intend to try registration, but I do want to use the phrase with a TM and make it available to any qualified Notary who would like to be a Certified Signing Specialist™
Looks like there are going to be two types of Certified Signing Specialist™ in the Notary world,
The NNA and the USMNC.org
