Re: Are you accepting one-sided agreements?

I print out the agreement, strike out any one-sided policies with one single line, place my initials next to the sentence or clause. If they accept it fine, if not oh well. Several years ago I asked my daughter (a well established attorney) about the legal action clause. She stated that of course it would take place in the state where the business is located, which of course makes sense. They are bound by the laws of that state.
