Seems kinda pointless to print the agreement, strike out what you don't like, etc., when you can't even log in without accepting the agreement in full to begin with ....
In any case, I've never seen an agreement with a SS that wasn't one-sided; they're all CYA from the SSs' point of view, leaving the NSA twisting in the wind. Unless there's something exceptionally horrendous in the agreement (like you are not allowed to say anything negative about them on the internet) I'd probably sign and go on working with them like you have since 2009. If they've been good to work with for six years, I'd continue at this point ....but with extreme caution. However, at the first sign of trouble such as cutting your fee for some imagined or made-up "error," or shorting your check one day ("we can reduce your fee, after 90 days your fee will be cancelled," what the heck does all that really mean??) then that would immediately be the end of that relationship. |
