apparently don't use Signing Central to check the reputations of cos. you accept work from.
Global Notary is an affiliate of Nations Direct. They are the ultimate lowballers and many notaries won't even bother to consider working with them.
Try using Signing Central & read comments from other notaries about the companies listed.
