By Debtor's motion huh? Interesting. As I recall he and his wife filed a Chapter 7 - the company went under prior to that and I don't think the company ever filed a BK petition. Wonder what's going on...just cuz I'm nosey like that..LOL

Thankfully I had no money owed to me either - never took work from them thanks to posts here...
