I am close to Temecula so I went to the address listed. It is a shopping center and the building number houses 4 different businesses. Hair Salon, Dry Cleaner, Nail Salon and Postal Annex. I'm betting that it is being run out of the postal annex. I went in but it was so filled with customers I didn't wait to inquire. I also received the 'bait' emails, and unfortunately handed over the $49.95 "Registration Fee". I have not received any communication from them since. I am sure it is a scam. I just sent an email requesting a refund, it will be interesting to see if I get a response.
